Almond and Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

What You Need

  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
  • 1 banana, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

Make It

  • BLEND milk, cottage cheese, berries and half the banana in blender until smooth; pour into bowl.
  • SLICE remaining banana; place on top of smoothie.
  • SPRINKLE with nuts.

  • 1⁄2 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen chopped mangos, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. hulled pumpkin seeds

Make It

  • BLEND juice, cottage cheese, spinach and 3/4 cup mangos in blender until smooth; pour into bowl.
  • TOP with remaining mangos.
  • SPRINKLE with pumpkin seeds.
