Almond and Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
  • 1 banana, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

MAKE IT

  • BLEND milk, cottage cheese, berries and half the banana in blender until smooth; pour into bowl.
  • SLICE remaining banana; place on top of smoothie.
  • SPRINKLE with nuts.
